Famous T'boli Singer and Dancer

Mamigas is one of the famous  T'boli singer and dancer of Lake Sebu. She aylso Sing and dance outside the country. When we have our boating she sing her composed lyrics about the tourists who  visited at resort. She also dance their traditional dance "Pang-akit ng babae sa lalaki dance".  With the help of our tour guide he we understand what Mamigas sing and dance all about together with her cute friend. Our tour guide translated all the lyrics that Mamigas sing because he's also a t'boli. We really enjoy that moment even-though that's not my first time at Lake Sebu.
The T'boli are one of the indigenous peoples of South Cotabato in body of ethnographic and linguistic literature on Mindanao they are variously known as T'boli, T'boli, Tboli, Tagabeli, Tagabili and Tagabulu. They term themselves Tboli or T'boli. Their whereabouts and identity are somewhat imprecise in literature; some publications present the Tboli and the Tagaili as distinct peoples; some locate the Tbolis vicinity of the Lake Buluan in del Norte. The Tbolis, then, reside on the mountain slopes on either side of the upper Alah Valley and the coastal area of Maitum, Maasim and Kiamba.

Lake Sebu Resort

Last month I visited one of the popular resort at Lake Sebu with my special someone and his family. We eat some of their specialties, the Chicharon Fish, Grilled Tilapia, Native Chicken Dish, and Kalamay, is a sticky sweet delicacy that is popular in many regions of the Philippines. It is made of coconut milk, brown sugar, and ground glutinous rice. They can also be flavored with margarine, peanut butter, or vanilla. It can be eaten alone but is usually used as a sweetener for a number of Filipino desserts and beverages. They have a lot of fisheries where they manage and use it as their lifestyle. Their fish is really delicious as one of the reason why foreigners and also Filipinos want to visit Lake Sebu.

Lake Sebu is a natural lake located in the municipality of Lake Sebu, South Cotabato and within the Alah Valley region. The Philippine government has recognized it as one of the country's most important watersheds. Lake Sebu is one of the many bodies of water supplying important irrigation to the provinces of Sultan Kudarat and South Cotabato.

This photo was taken during our lunch. As shown in this photo we enjoy eating their specialties.

Taoist Temple

Cebu Taoist Temple is one of our side trips during educational tour. This is a sacred place for Chinese. The temple is the center of worship for Taoism, the religion which follows the teachings of the ancient Chinese philosopher, Lao Zi. We almost tour inside of the temple with the help of our tourist guide.
The entrance to the temple is a replica of the Great Wall of China. The temple includes a chapel, a library, a souvenir shop and a wishing well. The spacious balconies offer a scenic view of the downtown Cebu.Inside the temple you can see the beautiful views outside.Cebu Taoist Temple  is located in Beverly Hills Subdivision in Cebu City, Philippines. The temple was built by Cebu's substantial Chinese community. With an elevation of 300 meters (980 ft) above sea level, the temple is a towering, multi-tiered, multi-hued attraction accessible by three separate winding routes.
